    Yes, this is very convenient as long as it is free. But keep in mind the listing consists of current transacted price as well as old transacted price when bought from developer, but only being captured by the system when title transfer is done by the owners. Some owners wait for 5-10 years after title is ready before finally dragging their feet to do the transfer.
