    The single biggest problem with all the properties at The Light is DUST. It is super dusty. That’s because everything is located less than 800m away from the highway. There are even some just 300m away, and noise pollution becomes a big problem for them.

    This is not The light problem but is entire Penang Island will have a same situation as heavy traffic around. We don’t see any problem for this project even Mezzo/Waterside residence.
    It’s a great place to stay with peaceful environment actually. We don’t see any dusty environment in here.
    If you talk about the construction site then once done shouldn’t be an issue. Are you one of owner for the light city or residence? How did you justify dusty? A seafront development definitely air is much better than others.

    It depends on the unit direction of facing.
    Like take Mezzo, if unit is facing sea view, you only can hear the noise pollution from sea waves instead of cars.

    About rm1200-1600psf price range.
    This is the most high-end condo in The light city & comparable to Queens residence Q4 later. Both are bigger size & never cheap.

    For such a small island like Penang, there’s actually no need to stay near a highway, it will be more a torture (due to noise and dust pollution) than a convenience.

    Rm1.6M above starting. Just wait and see ..But is this worth to buy for own stay/invest? Better than Gurney Tanjung Tokong area? Recently quite a number of project over a 1 mil such as Queensbay/The light which outside of North prime area of Penang

    start tower is a good strategy, when the exhibition art gallery opens, we will have art connoisseurs visiting from around the world, proximal stay, or short term stay for foreigners right next to the gallery, is stark tower. but light city may enjoy some perks too.

    but sometimes im doubtful if penang can really get so much shoppers or not, with malls already sufficient supply, the light shoppes seems to be targetting so high end shoppers. klippa is underway, GEM mall underway, PICC mall,….
