    Just been there yesterday
    Nice Car park, play ground
    Top floor clearly sea view
    The guard house touch n go still never active
    The Security guard looks like a drug addict— ain’t it
    Front door the road sequence…seen not smooth, 1way road with small space, people parking anyway cause harder to visitor for u-turn or even parking

    I heard that the developer sale around 250k for the remain unit. So higher market requirement for this unit. Dave, how much u interest sales ?
