54 floor? are we challenging world record or something now? so PDC going to approve this for stack for cash or consideration of the traffic there?
54 floor? ARE YOU OK?
Developer eyeing maximum profit, traffic not their problem lar….
Far as I know another 40 floor upcoming next to Savana, PDC you ok or not? Let other developer come too plz?
@Islander
This is the market trending now. You will expect to see plenty of new project launch at prime location with 8-10 parking level & total height of building reaching 50+ or higher 60/70. Batu Kawan is another new expensive brand new township in mainland.
This is going to be very huge like Penang World City with reclaimed land & E&O reclaimed in Straits quay.
developer have no choice but keep rolling out projects as few more years down the road, population will start to shrink, then god knows where to find buyer…
Not sure why people still questioned PDC. The plots of land there were sold to the different developers almost a decade ago. Better don’t bark at the wrong tree. If the concern is traffic, it is the local council or their boss – the Penang state government that need to be questioned. Don’t blame traffic problem on developers. If you stay in Penang, most probably your property(ies) was also developed by one of the developers. Otherwise, you have no place to stay or buy. Indirectly, your renting or buying action has contributed to the traffic also. It is the authority who approves the projects or the state who needs to collect more and more land and assessment tax that need to solve the traffic issue they created themselves.
Gonna be Batu Kawan Landmark. Muze in Batu Kawan
