How to put a 32 storey tower on such a small block of land with neighbour all over?

Agree. Looks like Penang state govt don’t care about surrounding neighbours and their rights as existing residents at that area. Simply approve as long as can charge fees – purely money minded leadership & govt.

The tower extension at M Summit 191 Magazine has created a new benchmark in illegal construction in Penang. The plot has no road access only laneway. No offsets, the whole plot is 16 storey tower. The developer has been gifted public laneway by the authority. Shame on Penang.
