    My poor and horrible experience after the purchase of my unit at Tropicana Macalister 28 from this builder Tropicana. I vow not to buy anything from this builder again; it has been nothing but a real nightmare.

    No money & agreement between both developer broke. And PWC land slowly selling piece by piece to others like rojak. Pwc project totally out already. The plan already screw up. All just to maximize profit. The Zen Zen6 Zen9. All project in this area super high dense & no more well plan. Those people who walk in to PWC sales gallery prepare to brain wash by GIX sales person with gongxi gongxi. Never ever touch project here. By far TBR also not well plan. Quaywest still acceptable or Waterfront at least stay away from Penang worst city.

    @Resmond

    Then hopefully the floating mosque in original masterplan also cancelled la =X Just stay nearby, can’t imagine the crowd and illegal parking around can be how worst if there’s a huge mosque. & traffic police also wont summon these illegal parking, super double standard.

    @YYYYY
    The problem now is not about cancelling. This floating mosque is must for compensation for owner land infront of Quaywest. It won’t cancel but maybe will allocate more torward front to seaside after reclaimed land done infront of Quaywest. Maybe quaywest won’t impact much direct to mosque speaker in future as got 1 block low density about 150 units condo proposed infront of Quaywest which at our current jetty & PWC sales gallery.

    Unfortunately it will be build regardless of any plan changed.
    It’s due to compensation for owner land. However it could be further infront to seaside.
