The construction that going on is the building of the 4 to 5 stars hotel if I am not mistaken. I heard is a Singapore base company. The location is ideal to build commercial and residential for is close to Penang Central. If residential high rise building are bult the view will over look the Penang Island so very much looking forward to see what they will come up with. The only thing in Butterworth is so many developments in Butterworth; talking about expansion of Sunway Carnival, Gem mall, New Tesco build in Bagan Ajam, Penang Central. I believe they will be more people moving to Butterworth from the island. With the third link coming to Butterworth I see Butterworth will benefited the most and I see overall Penang will prosper.
that place will be noisy because contena lorries are moving in and out from the contenna terminal, especially early morning and late night.. omg..
