advise you to rent a gated and guarded further in instead at batu kawan. Good choices like pearl garden, villa or residence.
Why GnG? Bcse security is a concern here. Avoid all those open concept houses. break in rate is very high. Good luck.

Based on the map is not opposite pearl villas entrance. Is beside Pearl garden, near the chicken farm. that why got 172 units low cost house. Maybe that area not so good, too near with the chicken farm.
