Is this place considered Island Glades? More like Bukit Gambier
It isn’t Island Glades. That place considered as Taman Tun Sardon, and just about 1-2minutes away from Island Glades and to Bkt Gambir.
There is a small mosque opposite.
Quite Strategic location actually.
If put Island Glade can sell RM800 sqft
If put Bukit Gambier can sell only RM40p sqf.
so better put which address?

Aiyoo is this really Ideal Property Group project?? I call in the company office the staff all dono also about this project. Then I ask somemore the staff act like very pro and lansi me. Then ask me go their office see Imperial Grande pulak like I hutang them 10 million ringgit.

If you feel they act lansi, then don’t buy, no matter how much value for the money.
Island Glades and Bukit Gambir are both established neighborhood and next to each other, so location doesn’t makes much difference. If you think only Island Glades can command high prices, obviously you have not heard of Arte S and Raffel Tower
