    Wow…mainland house slowly competitive to Island now.
    Mainland property will be equally in price with Island property in next 5 years soon. That’s plenty of advantage to stay in mainland. More spacious more origanize township & world class amenities..Stay tune.

    I beg to differ…
    mainland – worse air quality, too much polluting industries, dusty due to more uncovered land, chicken farm , traffic jam that rival island, too many heavy vehicles in the form of trailer, lorries and even excavator plying the road, less hospital, township planning not any better if not worse…the only advantage is the cheaper price compare island, and if it ever rise to be on par with island then there will be no advantage to speak of.

    Have you wondered why house price in your area are what they are?
    It likely has something to do with the demand and supply of the product from the stand point of economics. And property market is no different.
    However, the factors that influence the demand-supply of property are not as simple as they may seen.

    That’s classic example of mainland house is bigger due to huge demand for landed & suitable for family home.
    As of Penang build smaller unit example Queens waterfront due to lower demand in that area & occupied rate is very low.
