Better change your project to housing project or shop lots rather than industrial building…this area coming up with high demand of housing project…rather than make the road more traffic jam and complicated

We think a commercial shop or residential project will cause more traffic than this one. This is a very spacious light industrial building which can also be used as a commercial business premises like a show room. Looking at their plans, they are also contributing to a 6 lane road widening and improvement of traffic system at the main road in front. IKS next door does not seem to contribute as much as the shops opposite either. Anyway, we think it looks good and will make the whole area more up market.

What is the different. As most of us aware, Malaysia road are use to have special design on the road. For example, wide road in front of the newly develop area and remain narrow on those old road. This is how traffic come in to the picture.

Yes, i like this project. Location good. Industrial project is on demand now in Prai areas. All sold within short period.
