Anyone knows what is price range vs types, LA, BU ?
About 1-2 months ago, they distributed flyers at Maybank Bandar Perda and Public Bank Tmn Bandaraya. At that time, i remember their LA and BU quite large one. Their smallest 2ST unit, type C already more than 600K and type B with large LA, BU was like 690K.
So, I labelled them as most expensive 2ST in BM, record breaking. However, the indicative price in this PPT looks not so high price but LA, BU also shrink ? Plan change ?
According to their webpage, the smallest unit LA 20×61 BU 20×41 cost RM558K, expensive or not u judge?

wow..tis is really a value for money project…juz like tmn jernih..at 1st the selling price of the terrace hse’s was only rm140k but now selling for rm500k,so jernih residence is surely a remarkable value for future investment. if got the money sure to buy. besides,its the central location and very easy access to all the surrounding locations. if one exactly knows the location of the project then u will noe urself the positive of it. really wish i could buy one.
around taman jernih area…those are peaceful area.
