The area is surrounded by heavy machine construction workshops but this housing area is gated. The main road is under huge expansion to accommodate 2nd link and road towards SA65 (new project in Simpang Empat). Definitely the surrounding area is dusty and not good. The selling point here will be all this projects need to kick off before EcoWorld start their project. That’s why there is rush with new projects around here. Further down, the Jawi toll also under huge expansion now. Not sure if the Tambun toll will still exist once 2nd link is open. And this is why NGP homes kicked off Pavilion Park City there too. Massive rush before Eco World and latest news which indicate Mah Sing bought 400 million worth of land nearby 2nd link.
Not sure if anyone has visited the sales office and mind to share more? There is a train rail behind, any concern? Also more about ecoworld.
i am a bit worry on train rail which so near to this. Anyone can comment? otherwise this is a good location i think.
It said guarded community…w/o gate how to guard properly? Got any facilities?
If can accept this kind of location, why not consider buy at Perak border? Not much different in term of distance to penang island. Good thing is it does not have “penang” word in the address. Price is much much cheaper.

That place is surrounded pig farm and chicken farm. Even worst than Pearl city

On the mainland exiting the second link, the huge sign board clearly stated:
“BANDAR CASSIA, BAYAN LEPAS, PENANG INTL AIRPORT”.
BANDAR CASSIA has become ‘winter’ cold.
Is there any new housing plan near there or Batu Kawan?
Dedaun is the best in Batu Kawan so far i know.
If u looking for branded developer, EW and MS also acquired the land near 2nd link. Heard EW will launch their plan in 1st Q.
