Some people like this place, some complaint it a Malay area. Some like the strategic location, some complaint it nothing here. It can’t make everyone happy.

2-storey Terrance price 370k above and no include stamp duty(loan , S&P) and legal fee on loan. Developer only pay on S&P legal fee. How you all think? ok or not?

Now 400k +/- for DST, when tunnel construction set and go, I think you pay 600k also hard to get

Hi sir/madam to whom it concern:
I would like to tell you regarding the service *thin *chinese lady(spectakle), and *always messy look at seberang jaya in front counter, im wondering how this lady can last till now in your company??
I when there twice already, one is last 2 years 2015 to look at primero height project and another one is the couple of month, this lady always show the bad face to any costomer who step into, and and refuse to serve costomer, no smile at all, look like im owe her money, and look down people, im on that time i come with my mom, i wont argue because respect my mother. The same service happened to my friend.
This is not my first time to buy house, till now i have 3 house including SP setia project at bayan lepas, and eco world at klang valley.
My opinion is :
your project wont sell finish because of HER. Im working in service line and conduct more then 10 staf in my line . How bad she is. Dare to speak chinese: 现在来，要关了( 愤世口气)
!!Please take note: your wellknown company wont earn much money because of your bad service front line people. !!!
