Good reputation? Haha.. U must be joking. There are bunch of buyer is unhappy with the quality and also building design. A lot of complain been make but no response frm developer.

Come on lah… They are an ok developer, it’s just that some people don’t like the staircase handrail they provide. Not a big issue.

Where is the show unit?
Not jz handrail. The quality is the big issues. Use those broken bricks also. Besides that, any complain for handrail is not been entertain too. Is that u mean “OK”? That is so bad customer services. Imagine any other new project came out with another problem, and they jz ignore ur complain. We all learn lesson from other person mistakes. Don’t make same mistakes twice.
This project already sold out. No point discussing here.

Thats true, you can go to their show unit at Orange 3 site, Pantai bersih have a look. But you unlucky, all sold out. Bumi lot also no more reserve for.
Noisy!! It’s at the bottom end of the runway full blast from the engines during take off. Kampung Setol temporary house had the zinc roof blown off!! in 2009.But Tamans like Robina and Wira beside the midpoint of the runway are not affected by noise . go in mid morning when the jets take off to do your own assessment.

Yes it’s true, the jets taking off there is damn noisy. It can drive you nuts. You can hear the noise all the way up to bagan lalang / teras jaya.
