Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng announced that the Launch of the Penang affordable homes scheme registration exercise will commence on Feb 7, 2013.

Thirteen thousands units of affordable homes will be made available on the island and mainland. One thousand three units will be on the island at Jalan SP Chelliah and 12,000 units on the mainland at Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan.

Penangites can register at three locations, i.e. PDC Office in Bayan Baru, MPSP in Bandar Perda and at Level 3, Komtar.

The registration counters will be opened even during the Chinese New Year holidays.

Penangites can go to the three venues beginning Feb 7, between 9 am – 5 pm.
