The nation’s finest developers and projects were celebrated at the 12th PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia in partnership with iProperty, presented by Lim Soh & Goonting Advocates & Solicitors. The black-tie gala at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur honoured excellence across 73 award categories, highlighting the country’s most remarkable real estate achievements — from luxury residences and commercial landmarks to affordable and sustainable developments.
This year’s winners were chosen through a rigorous process combining independent expert evaluation, comprehensive market data, and public feedback.
JLand Group receives Best Developer (Malaysia)
JLand Group emerged as the night’s top performer, clinching the coveted Best Developer (Malaysia) title for the first time. The company also took home Best Developer (Southern Malaysia), Best Industrial Developer, and multiple project awards including Bandar Dato’ Onn and Ibrahim Technopolis (IBTEC) – STEPEAST.
Other top winners included CPI Land (Best Developer – Central Malaysia), Interhill Group (Best Developer – East Malaysia), Berinda Group (Best Sustainable Developer), Mah Sing Group Berhad (Best Lifestyle Developer), MTD Properties (Best Affordable Homes Developer), TSLAW Land (Best Boutique Developer), and Faire Development (Best Breakthrough Developer).
Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) received the Sustainable Design Champion and Low Carbon Champion titles
Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) received widespread recognition, winning the Sustainable Design Champion and Low Carbon Champion titles for embedding ESG principles across its portfolio, in addition to several development and design accolades for Linkar 52, Galeria SA Sentral, and Aludra Residensi.
Two consumer-focused award categories — the Consumer Demand Awards and People’s Choice Awards — reflected the preferences of Malaysians actively searching for properties on PropertyGuru.com.my and iProperty.com.my. Among the standout honorees were Berinda Group, TRX City Sdn Bhd, Tropicana Corporation Berhad, Mah Sing Group Berhad, and R&F Development Sdn Bhd, whose flagship R&F Princess Cove won multiple “Most In-Demand” titles.
In the individual categories, Datuk Sr Mohd Salem Kailany, CEO of KLCC (Holdings) Sdn Bhd, was named Real Estate Personality of the Year, while Dato’ Sri Jerry Kwan Aik Khai, founder and managing director of JRK Holdings Berhad, received the Rising Star Award for his leadership in transforming his construction firm into a respected high-rise developer.
