Also, each unit should prepare enough carpark, nowadays rentor more than carpark, the shoplot at Sinaran also very worrying how to rent out when all carparks are occupied by rentor.

Global stock can crash, but as long as cement, steel, labour, sand prices are going up, home prices will keep going up too. Affordable homes in Batu KAWAN are already so cheap, being sold at only material cost + small margin, how much cheaper can they get?? The problem in Malaysia is not that homes are too expensive, the problem is that income levels are too low!!
