Northern TechValley @ BKE is a 176-acre freehold industrial park in Seberang Jaya, developed by Suling Hill Development Sdn Bhd. Located alongside the Butterworth-Kulim Expressway (BKE), the RM1.3 billion development is designed to accommodate manufacturing, logistics and other industrial operations, with access to the North-South Expressway, Penang Port and Penang International Airport.
