Our Penang Island is now having many high rise condominiums. I wonder how advance are our Bomba services are, how many advance high reaching ladders trucks and engines they have. The developers are all about making profits and showing off while the basic infrastructure including human services are not appropriately scaled up according to the development.
I hope that our developers and politicians will take heed of the recent fire in Hong Kong.

You need to check the master plan. E&O now focusing to build those highend project in Gurney Green commercial zone.
The reclaimed island is very big & divide into many zone for development.
Some land is reserved for government/indah water plant/police station/Mosque/ affordable house/even low cost house & developer also welcome other developer to propose or join in to further develop mix project in the island. That’s a shopping center mall office tower etc.. Stay tune for it.
