    All tower blocks of over 30 stories should at least have 4 lifts as necessary emergency measure.
    Developers should be given more conditions in approval !

    The Address condo also kena some golf ball projectiles from driving range, wanna build this one at the direct path of driving range some more.

    this location is the previous Penang Reptile Park, been there twice and it was a very beautiful and interesting place. Tortoise over 130 years were lurking in harmony. until 1 idiot sold some of those reptiles to overseas then the park was permanently closed. it is such a treasure and very rare in Malaysia to have such a park ‘Reptile Park’

    What still approve so many condo, just look around there are already so many still empty. Build more facility and road la….Penang every day jam. TBH i did not see any road upgrade or project on this for many years already……

    Don’t be like that la, nearby here already have Bukit Kukus highway just opened beginning of 2022 mah.
