Runnymede Place, an upcoming 5-acre seafront development by Runnymede Group in the prime business district of George Town, Penang. It is strategically located along the vibrant Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah (Northam Road) nestled along Penang’s famous Millionaire’s Row, just a block away from the E&O Hotel.

Designed by Kerry Hill Architect of Australia, Runnymede Place is set to become an iconic landmark in Penang Island when completed in 2026. It will feature a 48-storey luxury seafront hotel, a 3-storey heritage hotel building, luxury condominiums, offices, and retail units. The hotel and residential units will be managed by Ritz-Carlton.

This development is currently in its planning stage, more details will be available upon official launch.

    Sad to see selfish mindset. You cannot afford doesn’t mean Penang cannot prosper.
    Even though I cannot afford, but I still wish Penang continue to urbanize and grow.

    I am sure the NGOs are supportive of this latest development as well. There will be no damage to environment, no threat to pollution, no negatives, only positives.

    Art kinda thing is for those who know how to appreciate things or matter at it own form.

    I guess smart guy showing us how smart and beauty could not be on par.

    Good location and Good concept, cant wait to for their official launch.
