Crescent Dew, a luxury gated and guarded development by UDA Land in Bertam. It is strategically located along Jalan Bertam, adjacent to Sunshine Bertam Shopping Mall.

    This is a joke right? Bertam bungalows even currently having trouble selling, good luck to buyers here. All these golf course developments in Malaysia are such a joke.

    Seriously, the house price is overkill and still there are people buying them. Wonder who will buy these million ringgit house as there were huge amount of house in Bertam Perdana/Putra having hard time selling them off. For investment project these area are no good for expensive houses. They should build houses with more affordable pricing.

    When they had the official launch last year , there was 10% discount. The cheapest is rm 8xx k. The sales team told me they planned to launch Phase 1a , 1b etc but since demand was so good, they also open phase 2 . If my memory is still good, all houses facing the lake have been booked.
    There will be a total of 4 guard houses. So, you can imagine the maintenance cost for the salaries of the guards.

    If you say it is expensive, you need to compare the prices with condos on the island. for a condo unit on the island , you get a nice landed property with clubhouse etc

    Did you see the news that SP Setia bought a HUGE piece of land near UDA’s project. It is larger than KB town itself. It will be a new township (20 years development plan)
