Another proposed mixed residential development by Tinggian Development Sdn. Bhd. (subsidiary of Hua Yang Berhad) in Bukit Minyak, Penang. It is located next to Taman Bukit Minyak, just a mere minutes drive to AEON Big hypermarket.

The proposal comprises a mixed of strata landed (gated & guarded) and highrise properties:

  • 2-storey terrace (62 units)
  • 41-storey condominium (268 units)

    Is this info accurate? The 720 units condo should be at BM town center. As far as I know Huayang has no plan at this stage to build landed houses in Penang state.

    Sorry for the confusion, the “720 units” was a mistake when I copy some of the info from their BM project. It is now corrected. :)

    This project in Bukit Minyak is a different project proposed by Tinggian Development SB (a subsidiary of Hua Yang). This is still in planning stage and the planning permission application was submitted two weeks ago.
