name is a subjective matter and not so important. The important is good in quality and environment. Some Taman has exclusive and luxurious name but the condition at site very worse.

Taman Nakhoda is just next to the former RAAF airforce base in Butterworth. Its about
13 to 15 kilometers from the ferry terminal.
I live across the road at Taman Robina. It’s near the end of the TUDM runway so people should check out the site in the morning to see if they’re ok with the noise levels of the jets. But there are only 1 or two take offs a day now. If I had this kind of money to spend it would be on a secondary unit at Taman Bayu Aman which is by directly by the seaside and further from the runway. My 2 sen worth
Ya, hurry up, this project is about 5 minutes drive from the under tunnel subway project from Bagan Ajam, Butterworth to Penang Island (New Gurney Drive)…

Good News to all, Welcome developer is started there 3rd housing project in Taman Bayu Aman nearby seaside…….I stay there in Taman Bayu Aman 1st project, confirmed no noise of TUDM jet…….not the runway, TUDM runway is heading south to Raja Uda area…

A particular sales person at Taman Bayu sales office is very arrogant and dont know how to treat potential buyers in a good manner.
I went to have a look at Tmn Bayu houses.. find that the porch area rather short.. Prefer Tmn Nahkoda spacious porch area and high ceiling… i saw the developer using red tiles to build for the external wall… which is of good quality.. most developer now resort to using normal tiles only in order to save cost… The environment are 95% residential.. good air quality and my cousin stay nearby that tmn.. said its quite a safe neighbourhood..
I prefer the DS semi-D location.. but not to the 3ST location, facing the low cost flat.. not secure & noisy.. PENGSAN!
