    Cannot bother much about quality and actual size anymore.

    I saw 3months ago, the BBQ ugly, lobby no sofa, gym too small and 9floor function room no decorated… Poor facilities, totally out of beginning luxury Italy design plans and not qualified to called as Luxury condominium… Not worth to buy if not improve facilities…

    The property is physically very much different from what have been claimed in its brochures and marketing videos. It was clearly stated that it is a Luxury Condo, but when we actually visit it, I think it can be categorized as Luxury Flat. Apart from its poorly built facilities, the car parks are very narrow and difficult to park. I predict there will be cars being scratched often due to narrow spacing. A whole list of improvement have been suggested to the developer, but they seem to ignore all these while.

    Edward and Ng, Agreed wth your comment. This is a terrible project, terrible developer ….cheated ppl. What the Luxury Condo !! some more got affordable house inside the condo , is abt hundred unit ! hidden all when purchaser buy…didn’t tell the true

    Yes, hare to turn up n down. My car already scratched. Gym room really small n need to improve; same with other facilities need further improvement.

    Potential Buyers, please WATCH OUT !!
    1) Continuously fire burning causing air pollution/smokey smell as Starhill near hillside. No action taken from Penang Jabatan Alam Sekitar after filed complaints.
    2) Poor sound proof system. Able to hear upstair/downstair neighbors conversation clearly.

    Yes. Totally agree!! This is one of the scammer of 20 century.
    Initial thought was a luxury development with superb furnishing.
    In actual reality was luxury flat facilities. And why so many afforfable house smaller unit which never shared by Agent when promoting this project. And facilities also sharing with affordable house unit and now most of smaller unit rented out to chapalang tenant very complicated. Gym room is too small than my old 400k house in relau. Quite dissapointed. For all genius buyers please check carefully before buying house. Don’t get tempted by cheap and big yet luxury video shown by salesperson. This is the last project i bought from developer. I rather go for E&O Ecoworld or Setia branded developer than this.

    The market is bad lah bro, even The Tamarind by E&O also got chapalang tenants, as some desperate owners are asking very low rentals. I know someone who belongs to chapalang category just recently rented Ecoworld’s gated landed house in simpang empat for RM1,100 also. It is happening everywhere regardless of developer. The over supply in the market is very bad, empty houses everywhere, blame who??
