    How true is it land transacted at RM1200/sq ft?

    The main purpose of this development is not for residential stay, but for airbnb and other commercial usage like brothels. It’s something like MSummit191 located opposite Komtar, with about 20 units there being used as high class f-shop, offering a multinational selection of russian, ukranian, korean, chinese, thais, as well as some local delights from east malaysia.
