So near to valdor pig farm and chicken farm. 600K house with bad odors and flies.
U guys should visit Pearly City for once… so many houses but occupancy rate is very low… almost like zombie apocalypse…

the pig farm, chicken & duck farm are nearby. bad odor and flies problem.
The mall nearby is also a joke. Its just a big grocery shop. Heard lots of traffic problems across the bridge linking into Pearl City as well.

the chicken farm also a main concern, cause flies alot
overall township is well planned if they can solve the flies issue
sometimes even got pig by-product smell in the air

Agree with you, i remember i visit the showroom on the early launch of the project, realize bad odor and a lot of flies, feel that the developer con those buyer mentioned that there is a future direct link to Batu Kawan.
Definitely is a NO for this development.
there is a shortcut to 2nd bridge under construction opposite Hijauan Valdor, but the progress is slower than snails
mobile data connection is rather poor, as in many parts of Simpang Ampat…
It must urgently have a road link to Jit Sin 2, a lot of inconveniences to make a big round.
People in Malaysia still prefer townhouse?
dont ever trust the developer. their taman policy like roti plata. not pets friendly. poor security and double standard on renovation policy.
