    Most of the above plans are to sell state land to private hands. Where is the plan to put in place a comprehensive, affordable and reliable public transport system for whole of Penang.

    Penang is still wishing and hoping the central govt will help in the developments ? Still waiting to get a RM1 billion soft loan from Putra Jaya as mentioned by Chow Kon Yeow before ?

    Fully agreed. Penang is already over-development especially hillside housing dvelopmet with 39-50 storeys highrise. already out of control. why so many special permits granted by State Planning Committee ? typical AP scenario only in Malaysia ?

    150k people oppose PIL & Zenith highway. We better save Penang from destructive mega highways!
