How to make the booking for the property?
Just to let you all know that this project is not approve yet. But developer is start selling already. Developer is taking the booking fee from buyers but they are keep delaying construction and SNP stamping date. I was told in the last year december that this project should start by Mar’19. Now I was told next year only start. WTH!
I dunno abt the developer. But area is very good. Next to Ikea and now they just announced 1st phase of the new mall. Also the Loft Hotel in the same building. I am interested. Anyone bought?

It can not do airbnb. Residential title.
So far have not receive any update on this project yet.

Maybe foreigners can buy after 600k is min purchase limit. haha
