    I just want to share some opinion only…if u have holding power then u can choose either 1 project at batu kawan bcoz it will be bloom after 5 years and remember property wont let u losing money

    since this project is serviced apartment, does this mean that the water bill and electricity bill will be based on commercial rate? same as assessment and quit rent where commercial rate will be applied?

    Was checking the progress of Suasana. The progress is awesome… 2-3 floors/month and on track. No regret buying this project.

    there is no people stay around that why they can build 24/hrs per day for 7 days non stop.

    Do you know how many more years to really develop Batu Kawan ? Easily 10 years, minimum!!!
    Just imagine the number of foreign workers needed for their workforce.
    Developpers are not hesitate to pay 1500 ringgit to cramp 10 workers in one apartment.
    Look at some of the apartments on the island.
