Lets take ur own look at the location b4 decide to buy. No doubt, view is very nice but surrounding residences is not so encouraging.

Everyday have to past by the mosque, the kampung, the low cost flat. If one day riot happended sure this place will go up frontline of news first

I like your description. I always catching sunset photo at Sg.Batu. Every time I’m been there, for sure I can see a group samseng motorcycling without helmet surrounding this area. Some not even have driving license by their age. If your car accidentally hit them, better go to report immediately without coming down from car. Or else, I may afraid you will die on the spot. kekeke……….
1300sf++ condo will sell at RM720k++; wow, good, Penang Island property is seeing some light again, although majority think the price has reached top and will fall due to slower economic growth in Penang.
Property price in Penang will not fall…a good example is KL
for a 700sf condo, cost almost 1M
from 3 bedroom now the trend is only 1 or 2 bedroom condo…
Penang is actually moving towards smaller unit condo…
6-8 years ago, people said no one will buy or stay in a 1-2 bedroom condo in KL…
now they so high in demand and rental profit is high too…
