This “may be” another failed project by UDA as location is not that Ideal? God blessed those who had purchased the units! As UDA is another BN Government corporation it’ll be another majority Bumi allotted project and will be badly managed after completion! Hope Aalilaah will help this project to succeed and progress……!

Yes, passed-by and saw some kind of collapse……..but not clear it’s the wood works or the concrete beams or the first floor itself that collapse ……cannot stop car ma ….
Where got collapse? I drive thru the flyover few times but can not see anything was collapse ler..
Repaired already ….. collapse last week or before. Can be seen only if you were at Jalan Baru.
Jalan Baru tipped to b the next big thing in Penang. For those who keep complains, u r going to miss d boat again… Look at the sub-sales at Pinang Laguna… The buyers must be laughing their way now.. Few weeks back, the new launch “signature” were snapped up within hours.. So, stop moaning and look at the bright side of the next big thing in penang.
there is rumors that uda has sold the land beside bangkok station. is this going to be a site for the biggest mall in penang by belleview?

It should be beside Taman Pauh Jaya, near Frontage, opposite of some used car dealer shops and Nissan showroom.

Very sure Belleview Mall is opposite Megamall, if anyone doubt can call directly to Belleview sales department & sure got the right answer.

if that is the case along Jalan baru there will be two new shopping malls as UDA also plans to build mall (maybe neighborhood mall) .
