    I’m guessing this is in Alma, but a lot of details are not confirm yet. I think it will take a few more months before the developer release more details.

    When i find out more details, will update this page and also our facebook page. :)

    Hi Ken,

    I was calling 04-228 2163 to their office, the staff claimed that this project is located at penang island, and so far no any project in Bukit Mertajam.

    I am not sure which info is true, hope can get more clarification from your side.

    I think they were referring to Olive Tree Residence

    Usually their sales won’t know about the new project until it is officially approved by the local authority. In fact some developer won’t like to disclose too much about any project which is yet to be approved.

    Harta Intan is very lousy developer..I bought a unit under Harta Intan…really night mare for me….the quality work is very lousy ….i have made complaints till KL office…no one care…

    I call up the office seem like the staff no friendly, I told her I saw from comment said the water preasure there is so small, it is true ? and she told me want to buy you buy don want also nevermind.

    Anyway, the project will be launch only end of this year estimate rm350k or rm380k
