preview at Gurney Plaza ended yesterday. Price starts fr 650/sqft. Mtnc fee 0.30/sqft (shoplot – only 3 units), 0.50/sqft (retail lots). Heard that price increase of 5% starting tomorrow.
Still contemplating to buy or not. Potential gain, but risk on sloped hills. Can see the structure that is not gonna be on flat land, most likely on elevated ground (possible access issue).
