I plan to go on weekend, however I was told by fren who went there on wed, 1st day lauching, it’s almost fully booked. Total 2 blocks, ~300+ units, 1 block open for booking. Price ~RM300/= per sq ft, Size 1400 sqft – 1700 sq ft, price range ~RM430k -RM520k. Balance unit only at near lift and level 4. Heard got 1000+ people register for this Orange regency. During launching, booking is only for registered earlier.

I will goto look look tomorrow. Actually the soft launch is started last Sunday. Yesterday I receive sms again saying now they got rebate RM 10k for early bird. Same strategy when they launch Orange 3 last year.

Went to c TahWah OR d. I saw some unit booking were rejected and opened. Detail as wat u describe. 2 Car park with front to back. The swimming pool is only 1/2 of olympic size. Will goto c again when the show unit is ready for view (not so soon)

looks like the main entrance and playground had been changed from elegant design to normal flat design (buyer can take the brochure at the time of buying and compare with the actual work now).
developer always use brochure cheat buyer, cant do anything.
