Not 40%, it is 40k hike from launching price. But the numbers of units are limited, it got sapu within 1 hour.
how much the launching price? heard that the 20th floor and above will re-open for sale again in september 2012

How long is your in the near future, 5, 10,15 yrs. It has been sd that the land fill will be closed and the state government will transform the landfill into a park since 2008 when i purchase my Summer Place but yet untill today it is still operating. I am not quite convince with your statement.
i know because i at this line..heheh..yes, many fed up with gov which promised to close since 2008 but C&D waste is not easy to dispose in else where, the related parties are finding a best solution..but what i can say now is not beyond 5 yrs.
