Developer told me it is RM443K for 3-storey terrace. You may want to check with developer again to confirm.
To avoid any confusion, “Ken” who responded earlier is not the same person.

behind song ban keng road..now semi d is about 648k already according to tambun indah website…eyes also become big when see the price..

The reason of I choose OV instead of BM residence is 1.access road to the house, only one road in/out…2. Location, OV has better location, you need to pass through a school before reaching BM residence. 3. OV is guarded and gated. 4. Condo is jus next to the house, so might be a lot of cars parking along the road… It depends what u re looking for, jus get the one that fit your criteria…

Beware EDDIE WOO “China Steel” / with Jiabaoyi Industrry S/B truck. Took my the deposit and can’t deliver the grill door he promise. I have talk to a few owners affected by this BIG lier. At first he looks like a good guy after getting the deposit turns ugly.. car no plate: PKH7355 white BMW share by the a Singh & Eddie. Will launch a police report and write to Ideal and management.. i just don’t want to see this people in the area. Others affected pls write to management too… will joint to take legal action towards Eddie Woo.
