Bankers seems to “unofficial” blacklist this developer due to their past track records + their previous company (Rich Focus) dealings. Go to auction list & you would see most of their Krystal Suites are top in the list.
do anyone know by when the OC can get ? the project seem like delay for sometime not getting OC
