    no worth .. build up just 2700 sq ft cost 1.3m.

    totally not worth the money.
    Traffic jam in morning…..cannot go out !
    Rocks beside the project does not looks that stable !
    Next to low cost flats !
    Balcony designer never use brain !….you can walk to next door bedroom.

    Just 10 units. All sold out immediately after launching. Left only bumi unit. Ambient quite nice there.
