To clean up the beach is God Damn hard…..and some more the developer saying to “filter” the seawater……wow! Only IJM is so dary……and preserving the corals at the crystal clear seawater at Pulau Redang seems so hard, but IJM said wanna “transplant” or “planting” corals at tht area…..I was in Marine Studies at University…..IJM, enaf lar…..

Even low floor should be seaview right? Should be nothing infront to block.
Don’t forget there is a mega reclaim land in front of Light project which is the small island u can see in low tide.

Well, nice concept. But in Malaysia, I think you should avoid staying here because you could easily get robbed. This is easy target for robbers. They see you have a yacht, nice car, if they break into your house, easily can get a few rolex watches. A no brainer even for the thieves…:)
