I think this is a good place to stay with nice view. Once the international school nearby is ready, it’s possible that more expat will stay around this area.

from 35units plan, the perfect view from lower ground private pool floor was truly perfect beside 1st 4 unit (blocking by reflections condo)….
from fengshui view, any comment for the other unit?
those unit was facing ‘rock hill’, semiD side, back yard, road??

The view is fantastic…can see 2nd bridge directly right in front and also the airport…

Managed to go inside a vacant house. The progress looks good. Material also not bad with timber floor, I think. Nice view from the kitchen – I can only wish I had one. Much better than the typical houses where kitchen view is the backyard wall of another house. The swimming pool size seems more useful for small kids than adults, but nice to have – no problem to organize a pool-size party with > 10 ppl. Start wondering how many ppl will move in once ready.
