    Not sure will the developer lower the price for 10%? If yes, how about those buyer already purchased? Will those buyer get additional rebate?

    Hi, I’m a first buyer whom who at penang island, will this project advisable to purchase? As I check on the site, the surroundings is quite empty/abandon and I not able to find any Chinese restaurant nearby.

    if you are buying for own stay in BM area, I would recommend you to buy from Kg Baru (Washing clothes bridge) all the way to Juru Sentral (Icon City, bukit tengah)

    From Sentosa Residence , Seri Jaya Condo, Berjaya Condo, Casa Residence, Marc, Spectrum Residence, 79th Residence, Orange BM and Exo Residence..I believe you can find one that suits you most than Banda Perda area

    Hahahahaha, I guess no one could advise you if it will boom again in future since we all are not fortune teller. Since you are not local and working on island, better still buy back on island but I guess even on island, it also will not boom so soon because booming period was over.

    Affordable homes is different from private developers ones, in term of criteria and density also different. Depends what you want it for. My suggestion in previous reply was meant for own stay.

    Yup if Chinese food, restaurants and community are your key concern.
    Bandar Perda is where the MBSP and govt sector located with many hostels with govt servants.

    But Kg Baru, Jalan Song Ban Kheng, Kota Permai, Sri Rambai, Bukit Tengah are more chinese hawker food courts and restaurants

    This will be the first condo in BM area which provide Electric Vehicle Charging station & will be equipped with fastest wi-fi connection upon completion. Very suitable for younger generation to stay, bottom comes with 16 units of shoplot which will offer F&B choices, which offers convenience to residents in future living.

    if the surrounding still same after few years… how good the condo also no ppl willing to stay there. Just hope Bandar Perda really a ‘Bandar’. The big land of mall reopen and the Bazaar building reopen or refurnish to other business office..then this place will become crowded again.

    Hahahah..there is no way to do so.If this is the way, everyone will just follow and ask for rebate if the prices drop..爱赢麦输? just like the stock market..You do your own analysis before you buy..If we can do so, can the developer to ask you to top up the money if the property prices go up by 20% 1 year later? Hahah..no right? so take it or leave it only…

    affordable by the word is low income ppl, meaning you have to mixed with them for your next 50 years of life including your kids and eventually will bring your status down to pa-liar.

    our clan will not even look at the affordable housing at all bcos it will impact our clan’s caste system, we rather rent luxury places to boost up our image, that y you never see a single of our clan live in affordable housing right ?

    How about the soggy land over there? Heard that was one of the reason Perda City Mall was closed due to cracks on the building since the building wasn’t unstable and it goes down. Even same goes with the abandon market like building on the right side of Perda City Mall. Not sure how true, can any staying nearby there clarify on this.

    it is sad to said that the management still pending on fixing grill at balcony,room window and yard. We are talking about kids safety whereby some and happened few kids felled out from the unit without safety grill. I think the management should consider the safety of the residence.
