Eco Horizon & Eco Sun

EcoWorld unveils its newest projects — Eco Horizon and Eco Sun. Be enchanted by the grace and beauty of these latest additions to Batu Kawan. The land would be developed by Eco Horizon Sdn Bhd into two complementary townships, which would have a combined gross development value of RM7.76 billion.

The 122ha Eco Horizon is situated just off the primary interchange linking the Second Penang Bridge to the North-South Highway. The 30ha Eco Sun is located along Cassia Town Highway close to the Penang State Stadium. Both development are just a short drive away from the upcoming IKEA, Design Village and KDU University College.

    If really 800K for least hold and swamp land …. better i buy condo at Island.
    800K now can get very good condo at Tanjung Bunga already

    I bet this will still selling like HOT CAKE!

    There is no more proper large scale gated & guarded landed development in PG island (except the Seri Tanjung Pinang phase-2 which cost you minimum 3 mil onwards). Summore this Eco Horizon is located better than Eco Meadows, easier access to PLUS highway and 2nd bridge.

    Trust me, rich people will buy it, and don’t under estimate the buying power of rich mainland ppl.

    Take my word, we shall see in Q3 2017 when they launching.

    Went to QB fair last month to register for more info on EcoHorizon and EcoSun. Both projects seem promising surrounded by IKEA, KDU, Hull Uni, Columbia Asia occupying Batu Kawan.

    Eco is going to make big money here because land price per house about RM100k, house cost about RM200k and the rest of balance is RM500k is profit.

    Yeappp Im sure u can get a unit in island Wendy, U get a single storey landed terrace with a hole in your roof in ayer itam outskirt or balik pulau isolated area.

    also, yes new paper help you a lot and get preehold like popping pringles.

    @Wendy, landed houses at farlim is @ 850k(cheapest), and it’s a lease hold. You will still need to spend an additional 250k to rebuild the whole house.

    This project was damn nice, i have been invited to the dinner before pre launch eco horizon..at the same time i saw a lot rich man pay deposit for choosing unit before pre launch…all of u think that 800k was expensive is bcoz of ur holding power not strong….LIFE is for richest and SURVIVOR is for urs
