What is the point of this video? Buyer will buy external look or internal look?
smart buyers buy location, wannabes buy internal/external.
Nevertheless, the video shows some pretty good sea views. But the problem is, this is a service suites, and for a place like butterworth, the suites will all become viet/thai brothels very soon.
For the purchasers info, there wont be LCD screen on the front of woodsbury as promised. There is some other dissatisfactions. Join the owner group to discuss further. We may file tribunal to ministry of housing n local government putrajaya on the matter later for our owners interest.

Many purchaser feel being conned and cheated for something 2x expensive and fail to deliver what the developer originally promise
The entire harbour place is nothing more than condo and not a self sustaining township as what developer claim to be butterworth first metrocity
Dont buy any project from this developer and beware
