    Tropicana Bay Residences selling price is not cheap(~RM800/sqf) if not mistaken. Density also quite high and near to expressway, now even sea view also gone………just wonder when will Penangites wake up and not fall into developer’s trap.

    FYI Penanglang, there will be another phase of PWC blocking this Quay West view too.
    Don’t think you get Quay West with nice seaview blocking the current PWC Phase 1. haha.

    nice pulau jerejak sea view and pg bridge sea view and windy at n park around 350k, e park 450k, sunny ville 480k affordable price, high rental, ez rent out but no ppl want, y all willing to pay 800 psf to hope seaview?

    I believe most of Tropicana Bay Residence buyers bought their units before the current “awakening” few years back. Many people already woke up by now, judging by the slow market.

    Ivory properties has never been a very reputable developer. Most of their projects are over hyped as ‘premier luxury’ properties but usually under delivers. When i saw the price RM700-800 per sqft i just laughed and shook my head. For that kind of price i might as well look for a better developer like SP Setia, BSG or even E&O.

    Don’t buy BSG, it’s a blood sucker. It will sell the reasonably priced units to cronies first, then mark up 15% and sell it to open public, and then mark up further 15% when the project is almost complete. BSG will it self keep about 20% of the units in the inventory, then slowly sell after all the mark ups. In summary, their properties are all over priced.

    When you let monkey build the project of course you will get monkey business in return. Pity for those con buy the monkey developer of world city.

    Agree, BSG is a real bad developer in terms of pricing & responsibility. Their projects most of the time are over priced by the time they release to public. Customer service also sucks…….

    No sea view also willing to pay RM800/sqf? What’s so special of Tropicana Bay Residense?

    Hi im owner from The Clovers, previous project by Asia Green Construction Sdn Bhd.

    Please everyone who wish to buy QuayWest Residence. Think twice.

    What happened at The Clovers :
    1. Appointed Interior Design (You are forced hire in-house ID and they charge you ridiculously).
    2. Private Lift for certain units not accessible to facility floor. (IMPORTANT : Ask before buy!!!).
    3. Heavy Leaking problem. (Flooding at car park level 6,5 & 4, that’s right floods at multilevel cp)
    4. Constant elevator issues. (Recurring noise at lifts, malt functions, cases of passenger stuck in lift)
    5. Worst door quality. (Seriously it is light, hollow and it is bendable!!!)
    6. Poor workmanship. (defect list can go on and on…)
    7. Just a heads up, no skirting provided, no air cond piping provided and there’s irregular hole at all bath room (supposed we are to install glass shelves there… ourselves)
    8. Renovation difficulties. (mainly because we are not allowed to conceal wiring, add/move power points, walls are not straight making it difficult to install windows/cabinets/grill).

    I want to say more but it would be too long to write. Please ask around to see what im telling is it truth. Think before you buy.

    Hi, for Quay West Main con is Temasek which was appointed for construction of Sky Avenue and 20th Century Fox in Genting Highland. Hence, couldn’t compare to The Clover since the main con is diff.

    Currently Tower A is offering a quite competitive package which is under market value comparing to surrounding condo, if anyone interested to know more about this project or need any clarification before purchase are welcome to pm me. Thanks.
