Gravitas, an upcoming 21.3-acre mixed development project by UDA Land in Prai, Penang. It strategically located along Jalan Baru, immediately opposite Mydin Hypermarket.

Relax dude..If you were saying so, the people living on island are dying sooner than mainland..
Island properties are easily double of mainland’s
Developers are not stupid, they will conduct market research and survey. As long as they could manage to sell off 50%, they already got back their money..
Their targeted group is also middle age & class people (usually a couple who are about to get married and formed their family soon) who are averagely drawing RM7k-RM10k for couple’s income
So, it’s considered affordable..Else, they will go for cheaper or further one..People nowadays also very smart at calculation..
The Condo asking price even 25% higher than the sub sales units available in surrounding area.
Good location. Why can’t developers build 5 thousand sq feet. Already stuck up the sky, no grass make bigger a bit.

Wonder the subsale for dst in the same vicinity will ballon up…..
