“We have an array of products to choose from and it also caters to the different lifestyle options for residents, business owners and visitors alike. With the successful take up rate for Phase 1 of Eco Meadows, we are confident that the response will be positive for Eco Bloom as well as the timeless English theme has been proven to be a crowd favourite,” said Khoo.

The condominium will include facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, jogging track, BBQ area, multi-purpose court, multi-purpose hall, children playground in addition to the convenience provided by the retail portion of the development.

In terms of accessibility, Eco Bloom is easily accessible via the North South Expressway and has close proximity to Penang Bridge and Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah Bridge.

Penang Island is the best place to live, offering the best environment. Precisely that reason, always only buy Penang Island based properties.

No matter what properties the developers have launch, this time will be definitely tough time for both developer and buyer.
For developer they don’t want to reduce their profit.
For buyer the price from developer is ‘affordable’ but for the sf it actually reflect the properties must more expensive and the price never fall.

    Haizzzzz

for current investment in property select penang island is most wisely chosen. Buy for living, no matter the place whether is high value or low value location. Make sure fresh air and convenient transportation.

Of course when u can afford, u buy at Island not mainland. From what I was told by the sales person, they have many purchasers from Island, although half of the takers are from mainland.

Many purchasers from Island ? The sales person must be lying like The Tamarind
in STP. Penangites living in secluded area filled with mosquitoes and chicken
shits ? No such logic !!!!!!!!!
