it is only 35min if there is no traffic jam ?? have you tried the same route during office hours in the morning and in the evening ?

Bayan Lepas to Bertam within 35 mins only can be achieved at midnight with no other vehicles on road and you drive above 110 kmh.

I’ve interest on the zero lot bungalow. The agent told me that the price is RM500,000. Can get 10% discount due to HOC. May I know the original price of the bungalow? How about the environment over there? Any open burning activities because the township is surrounded by oil palm plantation. TQ
