I might consider this, if they are planning to build a direct access road from Bukit Gambir to Paya Terubong/Air Itam from the hillside.
talking abt air itam bypass, if not mistaken, a lot of land still belong to 1mdb… will they allow this road to build on top of their land?????
I hope this project will not be approved. It will be on a narrow strip of hill slope in the already congested Paya Terubong area. Can you imagine four blocks of 40 plus storey condominiums on a narrow hill slope? Scary?

It’s horrible…look at the site before you buy. I’m one owner staying there…the hill is too sloppy and the building is too high. What? More than 40 floors unit on hill land ???? Next highland tower
